RE: Adding Another BMW to the Garage - R1250RT - maxredline - 04-24-2022 Nice bike and colour choice. You make that bike look smaller than it is 8) RE: Adding Another BMW to the Garage - R1250RT - Pyrrho - 04-24-2022 (04-24-2022, 02:52 PM)darrell Wrote:(04-24-2022, 02:44 PM)Pyrrho Wrote: Interesting that the front side reflectors are mounted directly on the fork tube. Hadn't seen that before. Is that a R3 Stealth suit? Nice -- probably going to order an R3 myself. I have a 13 year-old classic Roadcrafter in grey with black abrasion points, and I rode my bike up to their warehouse to get fitted and get the discount. I looked into a Klim Hardanger but since they abandoned the two-zipper design of Areostich's I'm no longer interested. I don't think there's a single better commuter suit available anywhere -- I've ridden mine daily through sleet, snow storms, driving rain, and muggy 95 degree midwest summers. Although I'm sending that back to be refurbished and get upgraded armor, my eyes are on a new black R3 with Hi-Vis/Neon abrasion points to go with my new hi-vis Arai.
