What time is it? - Duccrazydave - 09-25-2023

Chalk this up to procrastination and or laziness: For the last several months I've noticed the time, on the dash display, being off by a few minutes. I'm almost always using the Nav VI to reference time and speed, so correcting it wasn't at the top of my priority list. Today, the OCD took over, and I hopped into the display menu and, what do you know; there's a GPS time on/off selector. Now the dash and Nav VI agree with each other. Hopefully this info helps someone out there. But I have a feeling I'm the last one to figure this out, lol.

Big Grin Maybe. I had mine set that way ever since I got the Nav VI and I figured I had better things to do with my time than set the bike's clock when the GPS could do it. Besides, when moving between time zones it is nice to have the automatic changeover within a short distance of the border.

My OCD kicked in the first few days of buying the 2016 RS and NAV V.
I like having it change the time when we cross time zones.
