In Colorado I was chatting with Dave about our OEM sport seats and how they appeared to feel softer then we’d like and maybe the foam was breaking down.

Pretty sure the foam has broke down on both of our stock seats.

Take one of your seat to a local shop that does car interior work or seat foam work and ask them to remove 1.5" of foam from your seat and replace with a very dense almost board solid foam, shape as you want it and then over the whole seat with a ⅜" thick very soft foam to give the nice finished look. Even ending up with the same height it will sit higher as you won't settle in the seat as you do now.
