After remeasuring with a flexible tape measure they are 13.8cm high. Sounds like the curvature is indeed playing a part in Motorhead1977's fitment issue, if you are measuring 138 mm (5.4") high and he is measuring 140 mm (5.5") high. The size is more to my liking as the pads received from Aliexpress were far larger than I wanted extending further forward on the tank which based on their posted photos wasn't clear to me until I had them in hand. While they did have tank pads for the Triple Black and Red/White/Blue versions of the 1250 RS they didn't have a set for the Austin Yellow color. However, on my inquiry they were pleased to develop these., working directly with me. All in all I am very satisfied and recommend Motografix without hesitation.
