Shoei Transitions Photochromic Visor - Grumpy Goat - 08-24-2019 This small video was a long time coming. Shortly after I got my Shoei RF1200 helmet I got a dark tint visor, but swapping visors is for the birds, so I decided to get the Transitions photochromic visor made for Shoei helmets. I bought it not knowing how it would look *through the visor* since the few reviews always showed (a) how quickly it changed and (b) for dark it looked when you looked at it from the outside of the helmet. I thought that if ever I was to do a review I would be sure to include *how the world looked through the visor*. This is that video. The visor is now over 2 years old and seems to be not lightening as much in the house as it probably did, but it does not present a problen in the night at all. Not sure how much longer it will "last" but as long as it keeps getting dark when I go outside I am happy, even if it retains a little residual tint in the night.
