Good news about the recovery, Ray. If it's fitted correctly, I can certainly understand the helmet removal being the most stressful part of that process.

Sounds like there needs to be an experiment: Either mount the RS seat to the bicycle or mount pedals to the RS to eliminate the constant leg motion as a factor
