Wayne that is a great idea!! Thank you for sharing.

I will check to see, after I make my tool, if that will also work for my K1600. The 1600 wheel tire combination is even heavier than the RS's.

Glad you liked it, John. Big Grin It is a big help to not have to sit on the ground and use your feet as "jacks" to support / ease the wheel up while aligning the holes.

The video was made on the fly as I was changing my muffler. I also uploaded another video made on the fly. Also getting used to new vlogging camera which I may be using for these garage videos, although the ol' camcorder does a good job and has better autofocus ...

When I change the rear tire I sit on the floor, raise the wheel with both legs, use one hand to spin the wheel and the other hand to start the bolt.

I'm going to run up to the hardware store to see if they have a bolt in the correct size and give it a try on the next tire change.
