Although I don't own a R1200RS my wife purchased a 2018 R1200RS recently and I am the "in house" service department. My wife's previous ride was a 2007 R1200RT which she had owned for eight years but thought it was time for a change as the RS is lighter and has a lower seat height it seamed to be a better fit. My side of the garage is occupied by a 2007 R1200RT a 1976 R90S and a 1976 R60/6 so you can see that we are a BMW family. I am a member of the vintage BMW group as well as the sport touring group. Looking forward to learning more about our new wet head. Thanks, Warren
