Replace one tire and you get your money back and more for $109 per year. If the coverage is the same from Geico then you would not need MOA Roadside Assistance and could skip that add-on.
I also had a puncture and no puncture kit at the time so I had to call a tow truck. The MOA Roadside assistance was able to do a better job getting the tow truck to me than BMW Roadside Assistance was able to do. Ever since then I have not looked elsewhere.
