I never under stood how a person got a reputation rating and have not paid attention to people's ratings .
When I click on the button you show, it does not show the poster that I liked his post.
Do you have the option to add a Like or Thanks button?

Anyone can see who gave them a "Reputation" and for what post. In the upper right corner is the "Reputation: xxx" link, like this:



Click on the number for the answers.

This forum software takes that approach and from what I can see there is no way to say, in the post, who liked the post.

I might not want to know who is stalking me............
