Last week, I got the Evotech axle and swingarm sliders installed. No "how to" pics, as it's dead-cat simple. The hardest part was finding the tiny flat-head screwdriver to pry off the OEM plastic cap on the swing arm. A little grease on the O-Rings of the rear axle unit, and done! A little "insurance" mod and cosmetically neutral, I'd say. The untrained eye wouldn't even notice.

Where did you purchase the sliders from? Now that I see them on your bike I like the look and the “just in case” protection. Thanks

Gary, I picked all three of the sliders up at ZevRilla while waiting for the bike to arrive, so it was a couple months back. I double-checked this morning, and it looks like the rear axle slider and swingarm sliders are Out of Stock, but the Front Axle is available. And, as GG notes, there are other brands to shop from for about the same money and with similar aesthetics.

I ended up in the same place: a bit of "preventative farkling" never hurts, and it doesn't look bad at all!
