I will say your checkout screen looks different that what I am seeing.

Will call them in the morning and see if I can get the discount on a phone order

Once you add it to the shopping cart and fill in the shipping information and the coupon code, the discount is not shown. You have to click “Continue” to get to the screen I shared in my screenshot. That is where the discount shows up.
