R1300RS - removing rear luggage rack

Hi All, I have an R1300RS that cam with touring package, I'd like to keep the side case mounts but remove the rear rack and top case mounts. Anyone done this? Struggling to find any tutorials. As an aside, does anyone have a link to a service manual?
