Unlike wives, I have no qualms with renting bikes - for track days and special trips.
Otherwise, the other bike I owns certainly compliments what I try to do on the RS.

(Right. 37 y of marriage is enough drama without adding the necessity of a choice among bikes for a weekend ride.)

Spray Lake in Alberta on the Great Divide Trail (Banff to Antelope Wells, NM - maps from Adventure Cycling). I should note that most of the trail can be done on a motorcycle.

Yes that's Deb and the Manistique Light.
We could not ride out to it this time. They added more rip rap to the breakwater making it too dificult to get the bikes to the concrete breakwater, plus waves were breaking over the barrier.
Too cold to get soaked.
