Times have changed drastically in the past 2 years regarding motorsports sales. It's definitely a sellers market.

For comparison: I bought my '16 RS in 2017 for $10K. It had 12K miles, factory side cases, Nav V, Ilium bar risers, Givi rear rack with Givi top case. Also just under 2 years of factory warranty remaining.
I ride '19 R1250GSA, '23 KTM Duke 890 R, '23 Yamaha Xmax 300
My wife rides '20 R1250GS, '22 KTM Duke 890 GP, '19 Yamaha Xmax 300

I am not sure what market it is. It really depends on where you live, supply and demand. In any private sale there can be a lot of dynamics.
Beside Liteitup you should give your bike away you have too many as it is 8P

I wonder if that means that the bike was sold. Some RSs in the past have stayed on the market for longer. It all depends on whether that right person is in the market at the same time.

I thought the lighting was funny making the paint look matte, but I see in the description it has matte paint protection film applied.

Vancouver BC bike

Good luck getting that price. Maybe with the add-ons. I don't know how some people price their bikes, at all. If it is that close to new who would buy it? I would not even give it a second glance. You ydn't get back close to what you spend on add-ons and in some cases they can be a liability.

I paid $19k USD for my brand new 2020 RS. He is asking $16.6k USD for the Vancouver bike. Still too much, I think.

I paid $16,000 USD in 2021 for my 2020 RS with 3k miles and some extras on it including BMW panniers and top box.  Agree, his price seems high but, OTOH if you don't ask.....
Happiness comes not from what you have, but from enjoying all that you do have no matter how much or little that may be.

True ... one can always ask, just as long as it does not scare off potential buyers who would feel disinclined to even make a counter-offer fearing that they may "insult" the seller. It's a fine line, as a seller, to maximize the price you get.

I'm feeling pretty lucky. Last month I was surfing Craigslist and came across a 6 month old 2023 RS with BMW saddlebags and most all the options, 3100 miles, for $14K. At first I thought it was a scam due to the price (same bike at my dealer was $22.2k out the door). But it turned out to be legit -- the seller buys several bikes a year to try everything out there and then sells them off. In the case of the RS, he just wanted it out of his garage.

I guess this means he was not satisfied with the 2023 R1250RS ... gotta thank him for providing almost new bikes for a second-hand price.

Not really -- he liked the RS.

He said he buys 7-10 motorcycles each year because he likes trying them all, and then sells them to move on to the next bike(s).  Obviously, money is not an issue for him.

And yep on the service he provides to other riders!  Getting a 3100 mile, 6-mo. old current model for $8k off new was certainly a gift to this recently-retired rider!
