My RD350LC I bought new in 1982. Put it away in different boxes for 20 yrs before I restored it 5 yrs ago. Puts a smile on my face every time I kick it over. The K75 sat in a barn for 7 years and I saved it. Started after replacing the fuel filter Smile

Neat bike. I think the first one of those I saw was in the mid 1980s running up Smugglers Notch in Vermont.
The one I saw was Yamaha yellow. It sounded nice.

I don't think Yamaha sold many of the LC units in the US

Believe it or not, I have been outside of PA! Tongue

For future reference, the beer from the Von Trapp family brewery (near Stowe) is pretty darn good.......

The 85 RZ350 is the last 2 stroke street bike sold in the US by most accounts.

The LC was never sold in the States. I heard a few determined souls brought blackmarket LC's thru different channels to race though....

BTW Lee, Vermont was my playground back in the 80's with some of my group sportriders

They were spiffy rides.  I was too impatient to wait for the S model.  Bought a C model of the first shipment to the US in March 86
