Glad to hear you're making big progess.

HuhSmile Something I know nothing about. I've always tolerated long days in the saddle, so not sure why or how others don't. Of course if I tell you that I spent over 10 hours yesterday on a skinny bicycle with a skinny seat high pressure tires and no suspension (as part of preparation for a solo bike camping trip I have set up at the end of the month), you will understand how long hours on a nice cushy broad flat RS sport seat have always seemed relaxing....

But seriously, if asked, your physical therapist might have an answer - although the scientific fall-back is activity-specific training. If you want to spend long hours in the saddle, then work up to long hours in the saddle.... (Not sure that is worth a $350 an hour consultation.)

350 an hour? Now I know why I should have paid attention in High School Biology.

(Trust me - like other industries, there's now enough thieves in the medical industrial complex that no matter how much they charge for my services, I am always told I run in the red. I recently estimated I take care of 15 full-time equivalent positions.)
