I was tempted when Motorcycle Gear had the non current Klim Kodiak Jacket on sale around $600. I like it's features better than the current jacket.
I have three good jackets now and a fourth would put me in the Gear Whore category Big Grin

Oops, I'm in trouble. I have four good jackets. I forgot I bought a non current Klim Induction jacket earlier this year for day rides.

Uh-oh. If all it takes is four, I'm in big trouble. But, welcome to the cat-house!

Too many jackets means too many decisions when I get ready to ride....

Darrell - does your count of jackets include the Aerostitch suits?

Any thread like this should include a section on how to clear out the garage and equipment room(s) to make room for all the too-good-to-pass-up deals.

My inventory stays well below 'ho criteria by limiting storage space and maintaining an active ebay account. Though, I have to say, when it comes to "recycling" used equipment, Darrell and MrVvrroomm seem to set the standard.

I've always kept my clothing supply pretty manageable. Too many pairs (7 or 8) of gloves but they do wear out. 3 pair of boots. 2 - 2 piece riding suits plus my 1 piece all black stealth Aerostich. 2 helmets but need a couple new ones as those are 5 years old and a lot of miles on one of them. A trip to New Holland, PA is planned this summer to get new ones.

Still waiting for the BMW ProWinter gloves to be available ... Revzilla said that they had it in stock and when I jumped on it they sent me a message couple days later to say it was still not in stock after all ... and that was after being months on a waiting list.

I have the BMW ProSummer GoreTex gloves and love them for non-Houston summers Smile so I figure the ProWinter gloves would be great too. Meanwhile my BILT (yes, cheapos from Cycle Gear!!) winter gloves from 2014 just will not die! Rolleyes Totally continue to get my money out of those suckers ...

I replaced my SW-Motech Engage tank bag with the Pro version.
I sold my 3 liter tank bag I use on day rides and may replace it with a Micro Pro.
I keep a tire pump, tire repair kit and faceshield cleaner in my little tank bag.

It's 15% off now.
Ordered one this morning.

Have been studying these Pro bags, and it seems like the dimensional differences between the Micro and the DayPack are minimal (<1" in every dimension), yet the minimum capacity jumps from 3L to 5L (and the price jumps about $55), so I'm on the fence. Not to mention confused as to how the claimed capacity could jump so much with such a small dimensional increase.
