The new 2019 BMW R1250RS

When the 2016 RS came out, I thought the gray one looked best on the web pictures. When I saw them in real life, I thought the blue one looked better and that's what I got. I think the new black one looks best on the web pictures, but in real life, I might have a different opinion. I am not itching to get one, for now, I'll keep my 2016.

So if you look at my history of car colours my bike colour choices makes sense. I have a history of buying black or dark coloured cars despite black (and to a slightly lesser extent, red) being the hardest colours to maintain. But boy, when clean and in the right light, nothing looks better.

Same with the Granite Grey (and Mike's Black) colour scheme. But to each his own, right? To be honest, before I saw the Granite Grey I admired the Lupin Blue too.

I DO know that I would take a Lupin Blue over many of these new colours, especially the mustard.
