Nice. Looks like a kit for someone who actually cooks a proper meal when camping and not just play-camping with kid food. Two stoves mean you can cook the meat and sides simultaneously and not wait for one or the other to cool down in the meantime. Mess tins are quite versatile if a little more bulky than flat plates; cuts down on extra pots.
Bet you that your mates with the rucksack always need stuff that would be in your kit.
I used to use a 60 litre drybag in addition to the panniers, but have since shrunk that down to a 40 litre bag. Between my top box, the 40 litre bag, panniers, and tank bag I can travel indefinitely. As for food, I have a dehydrator for when I get serious, and then there are always grocery stores.
