Rode 300 miles of North Texas backroads today. Need to work on the seat stamina. My Physical Therapist didn't give me any exercises for that! Any suggestions Ray?

Glad to hear you're making big progess.

Something I know nothing about. I've always tolerated long days in the saddle, so not sure why or how others don't. Of course if I tell you that I spent over 10 hours yesterday on a skinny bicycle with a skinny seat high pressure tires and no suspension (as part of preparation for a solo bike camping trip I have set up at the end of the month), you will understand how long hours on a nice cushy broad flat RS sport seat have always seemed relaxing....

But seriously, if asked, your physical therapist might have an answer - although the scientific fall-back is activity-specific training. If you want to spend long hours in the saddle, then work up to long hours in the saddle.... (Not sure that is worth a $350 an hour consultation.)
