I got an S1000 XR last August.

Get the larger bar end weights, it will reduce the vibrations a little.

Another suggestions is $50 TPMS from Amazon: "SYKIK Rider SRTP300 Wireless tire Pressure Monitoring System for Motorcycles with 1.5” Monitor." It works pretty well.

Of course, I still have my RS, so we have a similar duo. It looks great. Enjoy.
