Ride for free if you bought 5 year old equipment

I wondered if you carried a laptop home.
That complicates thing on the S1000R unless you go the route of the hard top case.
You could use the Hepco&Becker hard top case for commuting and the Hepco&Becker soft tail bag for day rides.
The hard top case ruins the lines of the S1000R but you do what you got to do.

Pre-Covid-19 I wouldn't usually carry the laptop home (unless I had "homework"), but when we return to the office, we will be in shifts of 2 teams, alternating one week in the office with week home.

I agree on a hard top case ruining the lines of the bike, but so does a soft case (in my opinion). If I do get this bike it is getting neither a rack nor a hard top case.

When comes to the laptop, I'm paranoid. It's in a padded backpack.
