Headed to Des Moines tomorrow for new Roadsmart 3s.
Good thing it's going to be warm since I'll need to sit outside while I wait for the install.
My tire is probabably good for 10,000 miles but I changed early because of the chep prices now on the Roadsmart 3 plus I like to change early since the rain always seems to find us.
I had 3/32" thread depth on mine. It started with 8/32"
Debbie had 2/32" thread depth.
Forgot to look at the bike mileage before posting.
I think I have approx 49,000 miles and Debbie around 47.000.
Front pads look good with 4 mm of pad thickness. I think that's what the rear Carbone Loraine pads had new.
Our bikes usually sit for a day when doing a tire change so I like to place a shim between the pads in case I bump the brake lever.
I have the feeling I'm going to get a little flax for the dirty front fender
