I even went and started the bike, ensured that Smart Link was active (got the weather through the phone, on the Nav VI) and then tried sharing, but there was no Smart Link to select from. Maybe this is an Android functionality.
One of the guys with a i phone was not able to see Smart Link as a Share option.
He's trying to figure out how to add Smart Link to his Share list.
I use Android.
When people try this the GPS does not need to be on, unless you want to send the location.
If it's like my car you can send the location the night before and when you start the Nav the next day you'll see the option to add the location.
