Have you heard any of the Quiet / Low Noise oil-free compressors operate? It's a thing of beauty. What used to be a screaming banshee is now a hum with a mild chuga-chuga.

When you mentioned that before I put it in my Amazon Wish List.
When my current compressor quits I plan to buy one.

I do have to warn you...........once your garage (i.e., man cave) becomes less offensive (noisy, smelly, etc.....), others in your household find uses for that space..
