I'm thinking I'm going to want Evotech's stuff, based on the things I know about them. I very much appreciate their all in-house approach to things, very much like Akrapovič -- they get the bikes themselves & 3D scan them, design all the parts in-house, source raw materials, design & make their own resin compounds, CNC mill all the metal components themselves, etc. Also make nice tail tidys and radiator covers.
