Sound pressure/volume will also depend on where it's mounted. I've read of other riders replacing their stock R-series horns with K-series horns which supposedly are noticeably louder. I figure I'm going to have most of the plastics off anyway to install all the crap I bought so hopefully things will be easier/more accessible.
