Iām not too familiar with this screen.
Is it 2 pieces?
Will it fit a 2016 R1200RS?
Does ir remove or significantly reduce buffeting?

I have one on my 2020 1250 RS and the air behind it is very still and quiet. I'm 5'10" tall.

It is two pieces, effectively a large 'blade' attached to the main screen by three adjustable devices, such that you can adjust height and/or angle to suit your needs.
It works extremely well to almost eliminate buffeting - I'm almost embarrassed to think of how much I've spent on windscreens over the years! - and MRA are amongst the best that I've found. The VXC is - IMHO - vastly superior to the perhaps better looking MXC version (which some on this site like). It's all so very subjective.
Having wrtitten the above, I had a look at the MRA site to see if it fits your 2016 - no, it does not.
