Congratulations! Looks identical to the one I had, and so clean and in such perfect condition. I am looking forward to your full review, to see how it compares to how I felt about it.

Yes it is the same color as the one you had. I will be releasing an initial impressions video hopefully this weekend.

Thanks Dave. I just finished recording it. Now to edit. It will likely drop next week. Overall impression - quite satisfied with my purchase.

Thanks for the tip Lee. No need for any though, I am afraid. Much as I love SW Motech stuff (for me the best aftermarket company) the crash bars lost out to new Givi bars (Givi is another favourite company for me) which were cheaper and which had more points of contact.
I like the Evotech products like the rad guard (had them on the S1000R), but I am getting one from China that is much cheaper and technologically equivalent. Similarly with the pannier liners (which were not part of the advrider post).

Thanks! Can't wait for the cooler weather too and moto-camping season to start. Besides I need my garage to cool down so I can do more on the bikes.

Random thought, GG. Have you ever entertained the idea of a small ac unit or mini-split for your garage?

Oh Dave I have thought about a split AC many times but cost has always put it off. That and the fact that I do not see this house as my "final" settling spot so I am unwilling to invest a cent into it more than maintenance. Due to the situation over the last 5 years, as soon as I retire I would like to get out of here. So the hesitancy persists ...

Warning, I did that. Now, there's an artist's easel parked next to the table saw and few boxes of "artist" stuff sitting on top of the table saw.
So, how much man-cave are you willing lose?
I knocked, but the door was open.......

Hahaha ... I take it you are not the artist in the house! My wife is a sewer and she already has her room so I am safe in the garage as the man cave but her car also lives there so it would be 1/2 a 2-car garage ... already shoot videos in the one clear spot ...
