Hello everyone. I've just ordered a R1250rs which hopefully will be delivered end of April in time for a planned ride to Spain and Portugal in June. I've owned several BMWs in the past but my current bike is a KTM which will make way for the rs.

Welcome again. What KTM do you have? I kind of like KTMs but their dealer support and perceived reliability record (both on the low end of the scale) tend to give me pause. That and the build quality, especially of the switchgear. Aside from that I am very attracted to the [2023] 890 Adventure ... if only it would get an adjustable windshield.
I think you will enjoy your R1250RS, especially as a past BMW owner.

Hello, The KTM is the 690 Enduro R, I also have a pair of supermoto wheels on it for road trips.

Cool - a
KTM 690 Enduro R Supermoto. That appears to be a popular modification and
there is even a kit.
