Hold on sales of 2023 RS bikes?

I went to a local dealer to see a 2023 R1250RS. They had two - a white one and a black one. The dealer (District) told me there was a hold on the bikes so they could not be delivered if purchased. They checked and said it was something related to a recall on risk of broken gearbox input shaft. Same was true for a couple of their R bikes

Anyone know more about this?

First I am hearing of this problem or recall ...   If there is a recall it is not filed with NHTSA for the 2023 R1250RS. I did not check all the 1250 R-bikes as there are quite a few records on the NHTSA site.

Where is your dealer located?

UPDATE - Sorry those links don't lead to the search results. In the first case I searched for 2023 R 1250 RS (spaces are important) and in the second case I searched for R 1250.
