Greetings all-

I started my BMW journey back in ‘86 when I bought a ‘78 R100RS that had been traded in on a K100RS.  After piloting it, and other airheads since that time, I used to pride myself on sticking to airheads. Back in 2018 I purchased an R1200RT to use as a commuter for work - better lights, brakes, etc. BMW had come a long way in ~30 years!  About 6 weeks ago I test rode an R1250RT while the 1200 was being serviced, and liked it so much I had to have it. The 1250 engine impressed me so much, I needed to have an RS too!  My fully loaded triple black RS will be coming home with me next week.

Welcome to the RS crowd (OK, more like a small group Wink ). I went from a '18 1200 RT to my '20 1250 RS and they're very different rides. I can understand why you decided to add the RS to your garage. Enjoy it. WAM_thumbsup
