William Penn and I say hello
#1
Through a series of strange circumstances I ended up the owner (or does it own me now with how often I want to ride her) RS1250RS. Restraint is something I’m going to have to learn on this bike haha.

Long time rider - Superglide to Fatboy to Xdiavel to RS. This is by far the most fun and relaxing bike of the last few I’ve owned.

Looking forward to hopefully meeting some of you on a ride in the future too! Live in the Philly area and often in Northern Va.

Stay safe all 😀

I do like the progression from HD -> Ducati -> RS Big Grin

I see from another post you are in Southeast PA, so there is a good chance that some USA East Riders can meet-up and do a more local ride. You never know.

Definitely! This is a bike I feel that I can really put some miles on. I’ll keep an eye on events and meetups for 2021. I have a metric load of PTO each year so longer trips will definitely happen.

I need to get some hard cases which I’ll look into during the winter.

This summer a 2016 R 1200 RS followed me home. Former bikes included Triumph Explorer, Fat Boy, Road King and Super Glide Sport. Yesterday I had a blast exploring the twisty roads above Boulder Colorado. Unfortunately there were a couple of viewable forest fires, that this morning have caused the Forest Service to close the roads.

We were in that area in September for the RS Ride In and the Pouder River Road (hwy 14) was closed because of the Cameron Peak fire.
I see that fire is now the largest wild fire in Colorado history.

Welcome! Hopefully, things will get back to somewhat normal by next summer and we can plan a meetup. USA East territory is pretty big, but Western VA, Eastern TN looks like it could be a central spot.
