Yesterday was only in the 40s so I waited until today to clean the bikes.
I had trouble with the bag locks when I tried to remove the side panniers from both bikes. Turns out Deb's panniers were on my bike and my panniers were on her bike the entire trip. Most nights I locked the top boxes but I never locked the panniers on the trip so I didn't realize the panniers were swapped That's not as bad as the time I swapped rear wheels on the K1300Ss and noticed the TPMs were not working on both rear wheels
