Greetings! The Wunderlich bar conversion was a major ergonomic improvement for me (very similar to the "R-Bar"/Tubular Bar option that is now offered as a factory mod). Congrats and welcome!

My money's on the BMW rep making some sort of error. The dealer's GM should be able to clear it up. He may still not know exactly where the bike is, but he can surely tell you that it's NOT still in...
