Yes, it has an enclosed underbelly with heating elements on the tanks. Didn't have to use it while we were camping.
When in storage I usually run the faucets dry after turning off the water pump, and then leave the faucets open so that any entrained water in the lines can expand as they freeze. I then turn on a small heater in the compartment with the water filter and accumulator tank to keep any water in them from freezing. I don't bother to evacuate the whole system and re-fill with antifreeze (called winterizing) since our hard freeze events are few and far between.
