Potential buyers have to be careful though. They have pushed the handlebars more forward and - at least from the pictures I have seen - it looks like the seat may be further back. So, this means that the rider will be more stretched out and leaned forward, which would mean even more demand for bar risers. They do have alternate handlebars in the accessory catalogue. I think that if you are tall / long of torso and arms you can fit the standard setup. Seat height appears to be unchanged so maybe still a little cramped for some.
I agree about the RT panels.
The new RS would probably fit us because it looks similar to the K1300S we had.
Doesn't matter for us. We're close to being done with riding because of Debbie's arthritis.
This year for our annual Arkansas and Texas Hill Country trip we took the car.
