KLIM Torrent Storm Collar | Initial Impressions

Tested out the Storm Collar yesterday on the ride up to DeGray Lake Resort State Park. More to keep the wind from going down my collar into my jacket as it was very cool. I had the strap outside the collar. Worked well. The bottom edge stayed well in place.
