On my 2019 R1250RS, under "Telephone" the TFT has a check box to allow it to mute incoming calls. I'd like to select it to prevent distractions while riding, but can't because it's always greyed out, so calls come in :-(
Any ideas about how I get it so the check box isn’t greyed out? The TFT is running the latest version (updated by dealer) and paired with my phone and headset. I can't see anything obvious in the manual or by simply poking around the menus etc but it's possible/highly likely I'm being dumb.
Any advice gratefully received.
