Reminds me of that consumer ed project in high school where we compared the price of a new motorcycle already assembled with that of a motorcycle assembled from parts.
That said good news that they examined the driveshaft. What made them do that? Do they consider that routine maintenance past 60000 miles? I don't recall driveshaft inspection on the list of things to do at major service.
