The dealer felt bad for the long delay and she offered to deliver the bikes for $100.
They normally did not deliver or pick up bikes. I thought about it for half a second and said yes.

The shop owner had a open trailer but used a employee's enclosed trailer so the bikes would not get salted up.

Debbie looks cold. That was nice of the dealer to offer to deliver the bikes in winter. Likely that the payment would be finalized on delivery was added incentive, especially needed in slower months.
