Got A Nice Ride In Today
#1
Well managed to get a nice ride in today. About 150 miles in SW Mo. & NW Ar. They just opened the Peel ferry at Bull Shoals lake again on weekends (closed due to corvid). So I got a little cooling lake breeze, it's been running low 90's here. Next time need to remember a hat for on the lake! Tongue Wish I could have got more back ground in the picture, but had a car right behind me.

Yes it is some very nice riding, the roads were exceptionally clean given the storms we had lately. I was lucky and all the traffic seemed to be going the other way.

Very nice. We were in that neck of the woods in 2018 but not the ferry crossing.

If you make it east, I'll note that route 19 north of Eminence (a Butler gold route) has been repaved with smooth black sticky stuff..., and repaving of route 32 has turned it into a race track (not for me, but for some of the locals) through the long sweepers.
