It's a great looking bike. Guzzi has been quiet since the introduction.
The Active Aerodynamic System is a neat feature.
No mention so far if hard bags will be a option.

I agree, beautiful bike and a useful design right up my alley. They have managed to infuse modern design features and keep an old, classic look. Modern suspension, single rear shock, shaft drive, single swing arm, radiator, headlight embedded in front fairing, etc. And it still looks great.

If Iowa had a Guzzi dealer I would ask for a test ride.

Great looking bike. It reminds me a lot of the RS.
I hope Guzzi can expand their model range and marketshare. I'd like to own one someday.

I had a Breva for a time. The paint was so thin that I saw primer after the first washing. So I had it painted and then bought a bright red Russell saddle. I got 300 miles on a single tank once with this bike. Had to get rid of it after the second rear drive failure. And went back to BMW with an F800ST (belt drive).

Bob - cool naked bike. What year was that? Hopefully they have improved the quality since then. That red seat certainly draws the eye in. Can you remember specifically what failed in the rear drive?

I do love the looks and details of this new Guzzi. The nearest dealer is about 140 miles away...been checking out his website. None there yet.

Looks like the closet dealer for me is 300 miles in Minneapolis.
Next closest is 350 miles in St Louis.

For once I feel lucky ... the closest branch of (of 2) the Houston Moto Guzzi dealer is less than 9 miles away. The Mandello is not yet in stock at either branch.

Coming some time this year. That could mean anytime in the next 360 days I suppose. Details are slowly emerging judging by the reporting on social media (YouTube) so I expect they will probably start showing up in showrooms towards the end of 1Q2022. Just my guess.

The V100 is a beautiful bike. I have been salivating over it since the first time I saw photos.

GG. The bike was 2006 or 7. I bought it in '06. I got this because of the rampant rear drive failures on bmw at the time. Turned out that Guzzi used the same bearings as BMW. My failures were both the oil seal leaking. Oil went onto the rear tire. I just didn't feel safe with that situation so traded the bike in at maybe 20k miles. It was a sweet running machine.

Thankfully most of the final drive failures went away when BMW started using the big hole final drive.

Oh I lust for this bike big time! It will be interesting to see how it stacks up against the RS.

Interesting, the driveshaft doesn't need a paralever.
I agree, MIA is a bad name for the Navigation system

Definitely wanting to check this out! As a longtime former Guzzista, I think the V100 might be a new possibility.
Need answers to center stand and hard bags options.

So this has had a press launch in Italy and people are starting to see videos other than from Moto Guzzi:
This one is in German so if you are not a German speaker at least you can see some non-marketing photos:
Two comments I have at this point is the RS has a better sound and the seat on the RS is flatter and better for me personally. The seat on the V100 is not curved as on some other bikes so I'd have to actually sit on it before I pass final judgement for me. Other than that the real photos still reveal a gorgeous bike.
