Hello from the Kootenay’s

That’s in BC, for those unfamiliar with Canadian mountain ranges. I’m about 5.5 hrs west of Calgary and 8 hrs east of Vancouver.

Picked up a 2020 1250RS last week. Haven’t been able to put many miles on it as I came down with the Covid at the same time. That’s mostly behind me now, onward to summer!

I’ve been riding since 1982, this is my 4th BMW and all have been twins. Keeping the RS company in the garage is an ‘04 ZRX 1200 and a ‘19 WR250R.

Looking forward to burning gas and wearing out tires.

Me and some buds are riding the long way to Nelson July 1.
The DUCwc Mountain Rally is on that weekend by coincidence if not cancelled. There used to be a car show that
weekend also.
