New member in Az 2016 1200RS

Joining the forum to learn more about this incredible bike.  I’ve only put a few hundred miles on it but definitely loving it.  It’s fully loaded and previous owner did some nice upgrade farkles, Wunderlich sear, MRA screen and Helibars.

Welcome to the site.
Are the clear additional fairing pieces easily removed for hot Arizona day.
I noticed the previous owner added plastic frame covers by the foot pegs that some of the GS bikes have.

Yes the clear parts are removable with screws but so far haven’t felt the need.  Good eyes on the frame plugs, seem to be cosmetic, but maybe will help with the cleaning.

The previous owner didn’t disclose they could be these or a knockoff of them.

BMW calls them Frame guards.
