You don’t have to lift it at all.
It’s all about pushing all your weight on right foot onto the centre stand lug.
End of story.

Of course, with small fasteners an “uncalibrated wrist” can have the same result. I’d rather get a good small torque wrench if a torque is specified.

I think it was around 26 screws recently.
No matter what the old filter looks like, your not going to leave it in after digging for so long.
